Nollywood Actress, Toyin Abraham Speaks On Finding Love Again

The experience of actress and movie maker, Toyin Abraham while married to her former husband Adeniyi Johnson is still etched in her memory.
The actress who is now married to movie industry colleague, Kolawole Ajeyemi has revealed that she found true love with him.
While speaking recently, the thespian revealed that her family had strong reservations about her first marriage, adding that despite warnings and concerns from loved ones, she chose to go ahead with the union, which eventually lasted for about two years.
“My family actually prayed and got signs that it wouldn’t work,” she said. “But I didn’t listen. I went ahead.”
On her current marriage to Ajeyemi, she revealed that the relationship is grounded in love, mutual respect, and spiritual connection.
“In real life, he is very calm. He is a prayer warrior. Whenever I go to Abeokuta, he is always there,” she shared.
Abraham said that their bond grew gradually as they spent more time together on set and began supporting each other through life’s ups and downs. Eventually, they decided to keep their relationship low-key until it became serious.
“I didn’t want anyone to know at first, but I started getting fond of him. I’d tag along when he was going to work. Then we introduced ourselves to our families, I got pregnant, and marriage followed,” she explained.
The actress said she is grateful for the peace and joy she has found in her marriage.
“I come from a Christian home, so my family prayed and God confirmed he was the one. Trust me, I married one of the best. I won’t say the best because there are other marriages I admire, like my godmother’s, but my husband is definitely one of the best.”
