The lawyer of Afro-pop star, Kizz Daniel, has reacted to a purported new lawsuit against him.
In a letter titled “G-Worldwide Entertainment Limited Against Mr. Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe (Kizz Daniel)”, the artiste’s former label had alleged a breach of contract, demanding N 500m as damages.
However, the letter which was allegedly written by Olisa Agbakoba Legal; has now been rubbished by L & A Legal Consultant, lawyers of Kizz Daniel.
In a letter written and signed by the law firm, it claimed that there is no new lawsuit against Kizz Daniel, as the cases in court were instituted about two years ago.
L & A Legal Consultant in its letter titled “Caveat To The General Public IN RE G-Worldwide Entertainment Limited Against Mr. Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe (Kizz Daniel), also alleged that judgment on one of the cases would have been given had Olisa Agbakoba Legal not applied for the court not to give its judgement and allow the parties settle the issue by way of arbitration.
Kizz Daniel’s law firm also assured members of the artiste’s freedom to do business with either of his names Kiss Daniel and Kizz Daniel, adding that the past two years have been really eventful due to their case with G-Worldwide Entertainment Limited.
