Former Vice President of the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc, Denis Hasdenteufel has reasons to celebrate.
The reason is not far-fetched, as he was recently promoted.
Following the resignation of his boss Mallam Suleiman Yahyah due to health-related issues, Hasdenteufel was pushed a step higher in the hierarchy of the organisation.
With his appointment, he takes over the leadership of the board in an acting capacity and will preside over all meetings pending the approval of his appointment by regulators.
No doubt, the appointment is a positive one in his career. However, it has been dampened by speculations of his ability to fit into the office he just assumed.
