Having felt the joy of giving out the hand of a child in matrimony before, Oyo State Governor Abiola Ajimobi recently enjoyed the privilege once again.
Ajimobi played the role of the father of the bride on Saturday, August 22, as his daughter Jibola tied the nuptial knot in a traditional ceremony with Ayo, her lover of long standing.
The eye-catching event saw the core of Ibadan society in attendance, as married guests at the event had opportunity to relieve the experience of when they walked the isle.
Notables at the wedding included Governors Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State, Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State, Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State and other dignitaries.
Ajimobi will likely walk the same path again soonest, as he still has daughters enjoying their spinsterhood.
