The many controversies surrounding the current speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa has seen a lot of people asking about his leadership qualities and abilities.
Asides this, many have also been quick to ask what legacies he would leave in the sand of times when he leaves office.
The reasons for these speculations are not farfetched, as Obasa has a very short or non existing record to envy.
Perhaps his biggest achievement remains that a man who was once a watch repairer on the streets of Lagos state finally became a Speaker of the state’s House of Assembly.
Asides this, Obasa many hold the opinion reeks of controversies ranking from wife battering to having several concubines.
Many hold the belief that the story of his fallout with one of his wives whom was allegedly sleeping with his driver remains legendary, as jaws still drop each time the tale is retold. Although Obasa’s image makers have been quick to deny the story of his many women those in the known have consistently maintained that his alleged philandering lifestyle is second to none, while his political antecedents also leaves little to desire.
Only recently, Obasa paid a visit to the home of the late Hanna Idowu Dideolu (HID), and the woman who accompanied him was totally different from his public wife.
Presently, his many followers are even said to be confused on the issue of who to tag his official wife.
