Erstwhile Governor of Delta State, Emmanuel Uduaghan lost his bid to get to the Senate.
Uduaghan who was the governor of Delta state from 2007 to 2015, contested for the Delta South Senatorial district lost to the incumbent Senator, James Manager.
According to the INEC returning officer, Professor Oladipupo Adesina, Manager polled 258,812 votes to win Uduaghan who garnered 125,776 votes.
