Tunde Folawiyo has retired as a non-executive director of Access Bank. His retirement is mandatory, having spent the maximum 12-year term stipulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) code of corporate governance for banks in Nigeria.
Folawiyo’s position has since been taken over by Mr. Paul Usoro, a legal practitioner and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
