Producer, Masterkraft, has revealed that he would have been a trader if not for music.
Speaking during an interview, Masterkraft revealed his parents weren’t really supportive at the beginning of his career. According to him, rather than play the piano, his father wanted him to grow up and become a trader.
The beat maker, who is considered one of the best in Nigeria, revealed that his break came when he performed in church and got the congregation dancing.
His words, “When I played the keyboard in the church and got the whole congregation dancing, the information had already gotten to my house before I got home. On getting home, I tried to give him the money believing he would be angry, but he drew me closer and hugged me. That was the beginning of his endorsement of my career.”
On dumping gospel music, Masterkraft revealed that he is only exploring and is currently working on a gospel project.
