Well, she interpreted the role well not because she was a good actress, but because she has been there and done that.
In a recent interview, the actress revealed that she used to be a junkie. She also revealed how she found a way to deal with her problems in order to focus on her passion, making movies.
Speaking during an interview, the thespian revealed that coming into the movie industry; she made a lot of mistakes.
She also revealed how she abused drugs, but stopped it last year. “I spent a lot on Codeine. They say Codeine makes you high, forget it. Yes I did drugs, but I had to stop it. Last year was horrible, but I had to stop it. I was looking very horrible because I was looking skinny. I told myself I wanted to stop,” she said.
