The purported P-Square home placed on sale does not belong to the singing duo, we have learnt.

According to information available, the property located on Lola Holloway Street, Omole Estate, Ikeja, Lagos belongs to Jude and Paul Okoye.

A friend of the Okoye brothers, revealed to www.theoctopusnews.com, that Peter no longer has part ownership of the property, as his share of the house which once was their home has been given to him a long time ago. Recall that the brother had a faceoff prior to their current misunderstanding. It was then that Peter asked that his share of the house be given to him, the friend said.

Interestingly, the duo of Jude and Paul are now asking for N 320, million for the property.

The house has a swimming pool, six living rooms, and 10 master bedrooms.

The Omole Estate home once popular as “Squareville” is one property which once held a lot of meaning to the brothers. It was the first meaningful property that they built together marking their arrival into the league of successful music artiste.

Brawls between the brothers have been attributed to interference from their wives and a lack of respect within the brothers.

Presently, the brothers operate as solo artistes with Peter taking the stage name of Mr. P, while Paul now goes by the name Rudeboy. On his part, Jude is a loner.

The disbandment of P-Square has also cost them endorsements signed as a group, as several organisations interested in signing them as a conjoint interest have failed to do so as their misunderstanding lingers. Renewing old contracts have also proven to be difficult, as top communication company Globacom is yet to renew their multimillion Naira endorsement.
