Keystone Bank’s Director, Yetunde Kakulu’s Fortunes Nosedive

Times are not the best for onetime Keystone Bank big girl, Yetunde Kakulu.

In recent times, there have been talks about how the onetime director at the bank has fallen from grace to grass.

And as known, the fortunes of the super rich dwindling is not always palatable tale to tell.

Gist has it that Kakulu whose children once shuttled abroad like they were going to the loo can hardly operate on that pedestal anymore.

www.theoctopusnews.com learnt that officially the position at Keystone Bank Plc is that Kakulu who was sacked about three months ago along with 12 other top management staffs of the financial institution were sent packing following what the bank termed a management reshuffle as a result of its takeover by new investors.

However, information available to www.theoctopusnews.com, has it that Kakulu was actually relieved of her job due a string of unpalatable stories about her which made headlines sometimes back.

Asides this, a custody battle over her children from her first husband Edmund Kakulu and her second marriage to a man supposedly married to three other women are considered by the bank as too many stains on her not too white garment.

We were informed that things started looking bad for the woman when the new investors took over the bank. With the new takeover, the need to polish the image of the bank aroused and with an unpalatable personal record, it was only a matter of time before she got the push showing her the way out.

In her favoured days, Kakulu was the queen. At a point, there were talks about her heading the Ugandan subsidiary of the bank, but today the story is the other way round. A career perhaps down the drain. Friends and family members of Kakulu await her next moves.
