D’banj has revealed he was the last act to be contacted by Davido for the Mo’hits Reunion Concert.
Speaking during an interview, the ‘Koko Master’ revealed he was surprised when Davido called him up to talk about the performance. He however revealed that the situation became easier when he informed him he had already spoken with Don Jazzy and he agreed to the performance.
Hear him: “Davido had lost his voice as at the time he called me to talk about the concert. Apparently, he had been talking to everyone and I was the last person he talked to. When he called me I was on the road, I was out of town, but one important question I asked him was have you spoken with Don Jazzy and he said yes.”
D’banj also revealed that being a businessman and an entertainer helped simplify the whole situation.
