Hon. Munirat Adedoyin has gone underground following the release of a picture depicting her in a ritual scene.
The immediate past deputy chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Hon. Munirat Adedoyin’s desperation for higher office in Lagos politics has landed her in hot water as she is enmeshed in a bogus human ritual sacrifice.
The Imota-in-Ikorodu-born politician, we were told had aspired to become the next Ikorodu LG Chairman after the exit of the interim Executive Secretary.
It was said that she was networking, developing her contacts when she fell into the hands of fraudsters who were introduced to her by one of her relations.
Sources said the fraudsters claimed to belong to a powerful cult group that had many top politicians as members, and promised to initiate her into the group so as to achieve her political ambition.
Along the line, the purported initiation came at a price, Hon. Adedoyin, a Lagos State University graduate was made to part with N3m and was also slept with insider alleged.
During the initiation, which was not real but carefully stage-managed, Hon. Adedoyin was secretly filmed by the fraudsters holding a knife to a boy’s throat in a bush along Lekki-Epe Road.
