Speaking during “Your View” a live programme on TVC, Yeni Kuti said this while discussing issues about monster in laws. While denying the fact that she is a monster in law, Yeni said “I hardly visit the home of my daughter, I don’t want to start hearing funny sounds at night.” Further, she said that the last time she visited, when she was leaving, her daughter’s husband came to her and asked if she was leaving and when she answered yes he shook her hands and said “You were a good guests.”
Rolari, Yeni Kuti and broadcaster Femi Segun’s daughter got married to a white Australian man named Benedict Jacka in a traditional marriage that held in the African Shrine in 2015. The couple’s white wedding took place later in the United Kingdom.
