Senator Bola Tinubu and Otunba Tomori Williams are two great men who have achieved a lot.
Tinubu is known for his exploits in the politics of Nigeria, rising from being a National Democratic Coalition (NADECO), chieftain to turning the All Progressives Congress (APC), from winning state elections to becoming the ruling party.
The exploits of Williams in the Real Estate industry are also mesmerising, as he has changed the face of the sector building state of the art properties scattered in Lagos State and its environs via his company, T. Williams Constructions Nigeria Limited.
Like Tinubu, Williams is also known for his humility, an attribute which has seen him been extolled in several circles.
Mentored by Barrister Anthony Akpovi of Olotu Property, today, Williams is the MD/CEO of several blue-chip companies including Maintek property and MD Olaleye New Town Development Ltd.
The duo of Tinubu and Williams added a year to their age on Friday, March 29, as they both celebrated in style. While Tinubu celebrated 66 years, Williams turned 50.
“It has nothing to do with me feeling special other than to just give glory to God Almighty because he has been so good, so kind to me. I cherish every day of my life. So this is just part of showing appreciation to my Lord. 50 years is nothing but a number, but it’s a number that makes me reflect on where I am coming from, where I am and also look at where I’m going. I’m a very, very religious person; very spiritual. There’s nothing I wish I could adjust because every man has his curse in life, which is his destiny. Mine; at least led me to where I am today,” he said when asked why he decided to break from his norm and throw a birthday party.
