Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe of Genesis Model International
Charismatic man of God, Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe of Genesis Model International, a parish of Celestial Church of Christ CCC, has joined the league of radio and TV station owners in the country.
While still waiting for a license from NBC, the renowned preacher has floated an internet radio called Genesisonlineradio along with an Online TV named Genesistvonline.
The online radio commenced transmission two months ago and it currently has over 2000 listeners across the globe, while the TV station berthed last Sunday during an international convention tagged: Bethel 2014 organized by the church at its headquarters in Alagbado, Lagos.
Genesis onlineradio and TV are gospel music channels, life style and entertainment stations. It runs for 24 hours a day with programmes, news, teachings to keep listeners grooving.
According to Genesis Head of Radio Services, Mrs. Omobolanle Akinriyibi, the online stations are foregleams of what to expect soon. “We are currently working on getting a major license from NBC and before it would materialize, we decided to go online. And very soon, we shall launch our TV on a notable cable in the country. But for now, we are keeping it under wraps.”
The office of Genesis media is currently situated in a well furnished apartment located at the church headquarters.
According to Bola, millions of naira had sunk into the project from acquiring electronic equipments and training staff members who were selected from various media houses.
Speaking about the vision of the two platforms, Mr. Samuel Temitope who is the Head of IT of Genesis Media said, “The platforms are veritable tools established to educate, teach and spread the gospels across the world with the aim of reconciling people to God.
